MD. RAFIQUL ISLAM, aged 58 years, an entrepreneur and businessman of distinction is the Chairman of the Company. He is a Master’s of Science with honors from the University of Rajshahi. He started his business career in the year 1984 by joining in family business concern named Aman Trading Corporation, engaged in importing various consumer items and marketing thereof. He became a successful business man within a short time of his business career by dint of his sincerity, honesty, hard labor and dynamic leadership.
He established a number of companies engaged in the field of agriculture, research, cement, garments, textile, dying, feed mills etc. He has visited many countries and is well renowned for his philanthropic work in the locality. He participates in promoting education development, youth development & social welfare. He is member of various associations and prestigious social organizations. He has been awarded as CIP (Commercially Important Person) for the contribution in Export category of RMG Sector from Ministry of Commerce of Bangladesh Government. He has 33 years’ experience in trading and import of consumer goods and 18 years in establishment of industrial units.
He is the Chairman of Aman Group, Aman Economic Zone Ltd., Aman Feed Ltd. and Aman Breeders Ltd. along with being Managing Director 28 concerns, Managing Partner of Aman Trading Corporation, Proprietor of Islam Brothers & Co. and Shareholder of Juvenile Trade Int. Ltd.

MD. SHOFIQUL ISLAM, aged 56 years, is the Managing Director of Aman Feed Limited. He is a graduate of Arts. He started his business career in the year 1991 by joining in the family business with a vision to contribute in the generation of employments for the rural mass of the country through establishment of potential industrial units in different disciplines. He is a Member of Rajshahi Chamber of Commerce & Industries and Uttara Club, Dhaka. He is also associated with many religious, social and cultural activities. He has 26 years’ experience in trading and import of consumer goods and 16 years in establishment of industrial units.
He is Director of Aman Group and 23 other concerns along with being the Chairman of 11 concerns, Managing Director of 2 Concerns and partner of one.

MD. TOUFIQUL ISLAM, aged 47 years, is the Director of the Company. He is a post graduate of Business Administration. He started his business career in the year 1996 by joining in the family business with a vision to contribute in the generation of employments for the rural mass of the country through establishment of potential industrial units in different disciplines.
He is well renowned for his philanthropic work in the locality. He is a Member of Rajshahi Chamber of Commerce & Industries and Uttara Club, Dhaka. He is also associated with many religious, social and cultural activities. He has 21 years’ experience in trading and import of consumer goods and 16 years in establishment of industrial units.
He is Director of Aman Group and 31 other concerns along with being the Managing Director of 4 Concerns partner of one concern and proprietor of a company.

MR. MD. TORIQUL ISLAM, aged 30 years, is the Director of the Company. He is a Computer Science graduate from International Islamic University Malaysia. Having started 3 years back, he is Director of Aman Group and 11 other concerns along with being the Managing Director of 2 other concerns.
